The Technical Council of the Institute of Packaging Professionals supports the development and activities of IoPP's technical task force groups and standing technical committees, as one means of addressing the technical needs of IoPP membership.

The Technical Council provides a forum for communication within the packaging community, stimulates and directs areas of technical activity and disseminates the results of such activity to interested parties.
